Responsibilities

• Develop requirements and electrical design for multi-MW energy storage systems.
• Prepare product technical information including key performance metrics, datasheets, and configuration limitations.
• Ensure collaboration between different functions within the organization.
• Responsible for product integration.
• Support development of product manuals and other documentation.
• Oversee and perform electrical studies as part of system design.
• Evaluate and review product safety standards and local codes.
• Work with electrical component vendors.
• Obtain feedback on product design from various teams.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and product management.
• Support hardware testing and prototype evaluations.
• Define tasks needed to complete New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Provide leadership with high integrity and oversight of processes.
• Work towards continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate in a team environment.
