About the Role

As a Senior People Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing key areas of our HR function while partnering closely with leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives. You’ll bring deep experience in employee relations, benefits, and compensation, but also the breadth of knowledge needed to manage a variety of HR operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and an ambition to grow into more senior positions as our company scales.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, manage leave policies, and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.
  • Support compensation reviews, manage job evaluations, and assist in the development and implementation of compensation strategies.
  • Leverage data to identify trends, provide insights, and drive HR initiatives related to workforce planning, turnover, and compensation equity.
  • Lead onboarding, off-boarding, policy updates, and compliance management.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify employee development needs and implement training programs.
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
