About the Role

As Senior Legal Counsel (m/f/d) you will support the Business Unit Germany and all respective Fluence functions in managing and mastering their legal challenges, in particular on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

Supporting the deal teams on complex tenders and projects during the sales phase
Drafting and negotiating a large variety of contracts, in particular supply, EPC, service, procurement and other commercial agreements
Supporting the delivery teams and claim managers on potential claims and disputes during the project execution phase
Working on international corporate initiatives as well as on a wide variety of other matters that come across the table of an inhouse lawyer
