Fluence is seeking a Sales and Business Development leader to help us grow and capture energy storage opportunities in new markets like Poland and Eastern Europe.

About the Role

Sales Director responsible for driving market intimacy and business development activities in Poland and Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Drive market intimacy with a focus on Poland and a plan to add one to three other eastern European markets.
  • Work closely with Growing Markets Directors and the Growth team to build go-to-market and sales plans.
  • Build deep, trusting relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Assess and prioritize sales opportunities using strategic selling criteria.
  • Develop relationships and drive engagement with key senior stakeholders.
  • Own the three-year sales plan for the region.
  • Oversee negotiation and closing of multiple transactions.
  • Manage risks and opportunities for effective Profit & Loss Management.
  • Provide technical and commercial advice during sales process.
  • Champion data-driven decision making via Salesforce and other tools.
  • Represent Fluence at industry conferences and events.
  • Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
