About the Role

The Regional Delivery Manager will be responsible for understanding, monitoring, and delivering Fluence BESS products that align to customer and regional expectations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate closely with regional stakeholders to understand each project’s requirements
Serve as the regional interface to align product releases, lab testing, and product delivery
Plan and schedule product lab testing and releases
Manage release timelines and communications
Proactively monitor release progress and identify, communicate, and mitigate product release risks
Coordinate training and documentation handoffs from global product development to regional stakeholders
