• Compliance and Regulatory Oversight
• Quality Control and Assurance
• Process Improvement and Optimization
• Supplier and Contractor Audits
• Internal Audit Planning and Execution
• Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions
• Report Writing and Documentation
• Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management Exposure/Experience
• Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project Management Exposure/Experience
• Project Management Tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
• Risk Assessment Tools
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Proficient knowledge of business intelligence software
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skillset (investigative / lean / six sigma preferable)
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and regulatory requirements.
• Certified ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor
• Certified ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor
• Certified ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
