About the Role

The Program Management team at Fluence leads by driving execution of development programs introducing new hardware and software products to the market that work together cohesively as intelligent systems to provide value to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex programs within Fluence, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to define program objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and financial targets.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving issues to keep programs on track.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Provide regular program updates and reports to executive leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
