Responsibilities

• Ownership of the service delivery elements of the client contract, and ensuring delivery adherence to client contract SLAs.
• Actively monitoring flexibility services dispatches, forecasting and health monitoring systems.
• Reporting on the service performance including performance metrics for internal and external audiences.
• Identifying and raising issues impacting the service.
• Providing support to the client and internal teams analysis, reporting and gathering data as required.
• Identifying service delivery improvement opportunities.
• Assisting with building strong client relationships and managing client expectations.
• Setting up the delivery for clients by establishing the internal operating procedures.
• Achieving deadlines related to milestones required to meet the client’s expectations.
• Ongoing management of the client service delivery.
• Coordinate with different business units in the company.
• Identifying opportunities to add more value to the client.
