About the Role

Test bench setup and maintenance of multiple HiL platforms, support preparation of equipment OEM's model implementation on HiL, support layout and design of grid model for controls validation tests, support configuration, integration, and deployment of Fluence controls and telecommunications to HIL platforms, execute/run/automate/troubleshoot tests and produce test report, support Controls HIL, Power HIL, system and component testing in the lab, ensure lab and testing safety.

Requirements

• Experience with RTDS
• Typhoon HIL (Control Center)
• OPAL-RT (Hypersim)
• HIL platform and software
• Designing test cases
• Executing test cases
• Analyzing test cases
• Familiar with SCADA systems
• Communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, CAN, UDP
• Understanding of power plant controls
• Grid code requirements
• Confident user of electronic systems
