The Powertrain High Voltage Design & Integration team is responsible for cross functional optimization of Tesla vehicle powertrain hardware implementations, including the Tesla Semi. Team members are expected to utilize their physics fundamentals, hardware optimization thinking, simulation tools and common sense to facilitate multi-objective optimization and communicate performance expectations, component requirements to various teams. This role involves collaboration with System Architecture, Engineering, Manufacturing, Reliability, Service, Safety, Finance, and Compliance teams. Requires the ability to distill highly technical information and effectively communicate with other teams and management.
