Responsibilities

• Use engineering principles to troubleshoot, repair, replace power plant equipment.
• Monitor plant thermal performance and condition-based maintenance via computerized performance monitoring system.
• Evaluate major plant repair, upgrade, or improvement options, conduct cost benefit analyses.
• Develop implementation plans, materials, tooling, and procedures for selected solutions.
• Maintain a positive, productive work environment that promotes productivity and teamwork.
• Respond to emergency callouts to assist in plant operation and troubleshooting.
• Available for occasional overtime, especially during plant inspections / overhauls.
