Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling and execution of technical programs related to power electronics.
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and drive technical discussions to resolve technical challenges.
• Act as a central point of contact between engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and product quality teams.
• Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers as needed.
• Regularly report on program progress, key milestones and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, enhance technical designs, and improve overall project efficiency.
• Conduct regular technical design reviews with engineering teams.
• Coordinate and support onsite prototype builds of early stage production builds at contract manufacturers.
