About the Role

The Project Hardware Engineer will simulate an overall Power Electronics system for Industrial application such as Marine Propulsion, Oil and Gas, Metals rolling mills, and Power generation applications.

Responsibilities

  • Simulate an overall Power Electronics system for Industrial application such as Marine Propulsion, Oil and Gas, Metals rolling mills, and Power generation applications
  • Specify electrical components (Cables, Filters, Inductors, Capacitors, Transformers, Converters …) of the overall electrical power plant
  • Write project artifacts such as Hardware and commissioning instructions
  • Customize Voltage Source Inverter (IGBT or Sic) and Thyristor converter (Rectifier LCI)
  • Support the Drive Commissioning
