About the Role

As a Performance Solutions Engineer you will be responsible to provide thermal and operational performance modeling and analysis in support of architecting GT/CC performance risk and guarantees on aftermarket upgrades and Energy transition Carbon capture studies working closely with Application engineering and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead performance evaluations for Gas plants including Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine and overall Combined Cycle.
  • Develop & implement use of thermal performance methods & tools and performance models.
  • Leverage fleet data to lead root cause analysis (RCAs) and diagnostic efforts.
  • Coordinate with customers, Product Line, Sales, and Engineering.
  • Execution of assigned OTR activities for requisitions.
  • Develop thermal performance monitoring software solutions.
  • Promote quality defect management & risk remediation/mitigation.
