About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic People Operations & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing People & Culture team. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, this pivotal role will be instrumental in supporting our organization’s growth trajectory and fostering a positive, engaging employee experience across all levels of the company.
Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle recruitment process for our Support Center (corporate) roles, from job posting to offer negotiation
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates and partner closely with our third-party recruiters.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers
Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of HR and recruitment initiatives
Serve as an ambassador and guide to new hires throughout the organization.
Support the creation and administration of People Ops initiatives, including employee onboarding, performance review cycles, and training.
Manage relationship with our PEO / HRIS and benefits brokers. Answer employee benefits, time & attendance, and resource questions.
Become fluent in Amp’s HR technologies and tools.
Contribute to the development, implementation, and communication of people policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices in the renewable energy sector
