About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic People Operations & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing People & Culture team. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, this pivotal role will be instrumental in supporting our organization’s growth trajectory and fostering a positive, engaging employee experience across all levels of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for our Support Center (corporate) roles, from job posting to offer negotiation
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates and partner closely with our third-party recruiters.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of HR and recruitment initiatives
  • Serve as an ambassador and guide to new hires throughout the organization.
  • Support the creation and administration of People Ops initiatives, including employee onboarding, performance review cycles, and training.
  • Manage relationship with our PEO / HRIS and benefits brokers. Answer employee benefits, time & attendance, and resource questions.
  • Become fluent in Amp’s HR technologies and tools.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and communication of people policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices in the renewable energy sector
