Job Description Summary The O&M Team Leader ensures that projects receive resources in accordance with the continuously updated manpower planning by site management. Active participation in execution and in manpower planning for the projects is required to determine likely changes in demand, based on project evolution. Unplanned manpower requests resulting from unexpected events must also be managed.
About the Role
O&M Team Leader ensure for the overall management required for O&M business functional, ensure safe, reliable plants operation from the start of commissioning through the official dispatch day until full handover to client.
Responsibilities
Involved in the O&M site operation review, identify the competencies required for the site execution, select and nominate the personnel.
Timely nomination of resources to active projects.
Initiate on-boarding workflow communicate to project PCCM resource nomination.
Ensure continuous improvement, Lessons Learned, Best Practices are captured and communicated across the team.
Drive the career development of personnel.
Establishes with O&M team the preparation and the inventory management for critical spare parts.
Ensures compliance with requirements for environmental, health and safety requirements.
Drive team in managing / closing O&M related open items raised by the customer.
