About the Role

The Strategic Marketing Leader is a key member of the Wind Product Management General Manager’s staff, leading a global team responsible for understanding market dynamics and providing competitive insights.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers and cross-functional leaders to assess markets and develop new product investment options
  • Lead the team in conducting detailed analytics on customer proforma’s, PPA’s, and other relevant market data
  • Ensure that target countries are identified and have competitive multi-generational product plans connected to the business strategy
  • Own competitive intelligence and understand product competitiveness at the component, turbine, and plant level
  • Leverage data and insights to develop forward looking views on competitive landscape
  • Lead tollgate 1 (identifying market needs) and tollgate 2 (evaluating product options) across a large global business portfolio
  • Lead the multi-year strategy development process
  • Develop and own the product sustainability strategy, KPI’s, and operating rhythm
  • Attract talent, develop team, and foster an environment of strong engagement and accountability
  • Personally lead and mentor the team in continuous improvement activities and operationalizing standard work
