About the Role

The Manager PCS Controls Team (m/f/d) will be leading a team of SW Development Engineers for PCS Controls and directly involved in the product development of utility scale energy storage solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching and mentorship of a team of SW and test engineers
  • Setting goals and objectives for team members
  • Preparing and monitoring budget estimates for development and sustaining engineering of PCS Controls
  • Establishing best practices for development, verification, and documentation of controls SW
  • Testing, analyzing, and validating PCS controls solutions
  • Collaborating with Product and Program Management, Engineering Teams, and Test Facilities
  • Ensuring technical expertise in PCS controls validation and development
  • Working with inverter OEMs and internal development teams on test requirements
