About the Role

This role is responsible for developing and leading the cultural adoption of Lean principles and techniques in the CSE (Customer Service Engineering) organization in alignment with our broader GPE (Gas Power Engineering) process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Engineering & Business Lean Leaders to facilitate the Hoshin Kanri & Transformational Action Planning processes.
  • Define and oversee implementation of the portfolio of CSE Lean activities.
  • Coordinate monthly operating reviews with the CSE Operations Leader & CSE staff leaders.
  • Coach the team on effective problem solving tools application.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in applying Lean models, concepts and tools across CSE.
