About the Role

As a member of the CAD/CAM team, you will be an active contributor to the factory volume ramp and standardization efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Create robotic motion programs for thermal barrier spray and blend processes
  • Validate robotic motion programs for shop floor application
  • Work cross-functionally and with Engineering teams to develop tooling, spray parameters, blending processes, and new thermal or blend equipment designs
  • Provide daily operator support in the form of robotic programming and troubleshooting support
  • Develop new robotic automation process technology
  • Generate and support workstation instructions as needed
  • Initiate and lead process improvement projects to improve safety, quality, cost and delivery
  • Provide effective communication to appropriate team members when needed
  • Work effectively as an individual and in a team-based environment in a matrixed organization
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while embracing and driving positive change inside and outside the organization when appropriate
