About the Role

The Lead Engineer/Lead NDT Specialist, Quality Development will focus on performing tests (eg NDT) and defining controls (eg SPC). Ensure correct alignment with quality requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop training materials and execute classroom and practical trainings for NDT level 1 and 2 certifications.
  • Track the certification database and ensure only certified resources performing inspection.
  • Eliminate or reduce the variation between the NDT reviewers through periodic training and assessments.
  • Lead and/or support new development of NDT methods and tooling.
  • Plan and execute NDT process audits and monitor inspection effectiveness.
