About the Role

As an Energy Efficiency Lead Technician, you are critical in our mission to both help the environment and save our customers money on their energy bills. The Lead Technician provides energy efficiency solutions to our customers and guides technicians in assisting with providing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Install energy efficient upgrades in single family residential projects
  • Prepare documentation of energy efficiency upgrades for upload to shared database
  • Analyze failures and take corrective action on an as needed basis
  • Provide guidance to improve technician performance
  • Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of energy efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to better serve customers through the delivery of energy efficiency work

Requirements

  • BPI Building Analyst - technician
  • Building Analyst - professional certification
  • BPI Infiltration and Duct Leakage Certification
  • proficient with computers
  • ability to lift thirty five pounds (35lbs)
  • ability to work at heights and on ladders
  • ability to work in tight areas
  • ability to work clean and clean-up after completing each job
