About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, customer obsessed, and solution-oriented Technical Program Manager to lead Product Launch Readiness and Product Integration.

Responsibilities

Drive product success metrics and ensure product launch success.
Coordinate with sales ops and supply chain on forecasts and inventory planning.
Bridge product and commercial input into the Gen3 roadmap.
Ensure installer training and tech Portal content are ready for launch.
Ensure customer-facing documentation and FAQs are ready.
Inform order fulfillment and inventory management.
Ensure legal agreements and regulatory requirements are ready for launch.
