The Instructional Designer, Factory Training will develop engaging learning experiences and training solutions in a variety of media to improve production KPIs. This is a unique opportunity to work on a world-class instructional design team that crossfunctions with various Tesla stakeholders, analyzes difficult problems, designs novel solutions, develops JIT training in a fast-paced environment, implements in the most effective ways, and evaluates behavior change.
