This role is a seasonal position that will last approximately 3-6 months. The Incentives Coordinator is responsible for handling several different work streams for customers and Energy projects to reach key milestones through system activation and finalized through registration of incentives and capture. This includes processing documentation, understanding technical design criteria for submission of utility and incentive program applications, managing a pipeline of projects from initial creation to final utility and incentive program approval.Within this role, the daily tasks include: following up on outstanding incentive applications, responding to internal inquiries, keeping Tesla systems up to date with project information, interacting with various internal and external groups, and perform other related tasks to assist moving projects to completion.This role requires vigilant attention to detail, consistent application of initiative and sound judgement to solve problems. The successful candidate is detail-orientated has keen organization skills and possesses an ability to deal with large volumes of different work streams with speed and accuracy.
