About the Role

The HRSG Team Leader M&E will be part of the Construction & Commissioning department and ensures that all EEP / TK projects within the regions Americas/Europe/AFRICA receive HRSG M&E resources in accordance with planned demand.

Responsibilities

Involved in the site operation review, identify the competencies required for the site execution.
Timely nomination of resources to active projects.
Initiate on-boarding workflow for GE personnel when resource is identified.
Work together with HR on college or university hiring drives.
Establish a global mentoring program for new hires and team members.
Participate & ensure at region level /Team safety visits and lead EHS improvement initiatives.
Ensure quality processes are in place in all projects.
Maintain operational capacity and skills within the resource pool.
