Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of Technical Program Managers that own engineering roadmaps and ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget and meet business objectives.
• Manage and maintain the company’s program roadmap. Deeply understand company programs, especially as they relate to risks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Own and drive engineering team-wide processes, standards, and tools to effectively manage a portfolio of programs.
• Proactively build and maintain strong, trusted working relationships with company leaders across engineering, operations and corporate functions to drive alignment, optimize program operations, define program scope, and influence solutions, budget, resourcing, and schedule.
• Support collection and presentation of data and provide input to making technical strategic company decisions.
