The Power Electronics team is seeking a skilled Engineering Technician to support the development and testing of Tesla's cutting-edge high voltage systems for Semi . As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with Engineers to design, test, and validate various components responsible for power distribution within the Semi truck system. Your expertise will help drive innovation, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the reliability and performance of our products.In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to support the design and development of test plans, procedures, and protocols for the Semi program. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll iterate on product and test designs, analyze data, and draw actionable insights. Your critical thinking, attention to detail, and analytical skills will be crucial in identifying and resolving complex technical challenges.Success in this role requires being a proactive team player with strong communication skills, a robust work ethic, and a passion for innovation. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to shifting priorities while driving advancements in high voltage system performance, reliability, and safety.The Power Electronics team is committed to accelerating innovation and rapidly iterating designs.
