Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage the delivery of technical activities/tasks in support of engineering deliverables.
• Work collaboratively across teams to drive design to cost (DtC).
• Provide leadership supporting performance and program management of assigned work.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with other internal engineering team managers.
• Interface with external partners, customers, and regulatory agencies on technical issues.
• Provide guidance and manage internal/external resources to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Influence the development of strategy for new nuclear plant design.
• Support commercial and marketing opportunities to develop new business opportunities.
