Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to operations teams
• Support in diagnosing/troubleshooting hardware and software-related issues
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of all scans, analysis and repairs
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with production, quality and IT teams
• Provide technical training and guidance
• Lead or participate in incident investigations
• Conduct a random audit for the analysis
• Perform data analysis of the Crawler Image
