About the Role

As an Energy Efficiency Technician, you are critical in our mission to both help the environment and save our customers money on their energy bills. You will perform a variety of activities to weatherize homes and make them more energy efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical site assessments using a variety of equipment and tools
  • Install energy efficient upgrades in single family residential projects
  • Perform energy audit; produce pre and post reduction numbers from testing
  • Prepare documentation of energy efficiency upgrades for upload to shared database
  • Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards
  • Follow safety guidelines and bring attention to any potentially unsafe work environments

Requirements

  • BPI certification
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Ability to lift thirty five pounds (35lbs)
  • Ability to work in tight areas, attics, crawl spaces, and hatch doors
  • Ability to work clean and clean-up work site
