About the Role
Join our team as an Energy Efficiency QC Inspector and play a pivotal role in our dual mission to protect the environment and enhance customer savings on energy bills.
Responsibilities
Ensure subcontractors and energy efficiency crews adhere to standards and best practices
Perform quality audits on crews in the field
Conduct desk reviews of submitted jobs and invoice approval
Hold routine feedback meetings with subcontractor partners and internal teams
Develop training to raise quality awareness among Field Technician team and subcontractors
Scout, negotiate, and onboard new subcontractor partnerships
Analyze failures and take corrective action based on findings and severity
Develop and coordinate policies, procedures, and productivity standards
Maintain professional and technical knowledge of energy efficiency
Train and certify team members internally
Build and manage QC program and technicians
Assist with technical questions, escalations, and other duties as required
