About the Role

The Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician safely and independently performs preventive, routine, and reactive maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform predictive, preventative, corrective and routine maintenance on production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, assemble and install electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic systems and centrifugal and diaphragm pumps.
  • Calibrate process control equipment maintain motor starters, variable frequency drives, and servo controls.
  • Perform circuit board repairs via circuit board soldering, wiring connectors, multi-conductor cables and rework techniques through use of various test equipment.
  • Perform assembly of power supplies and other electronic equipment.
  • Install and repair PVC and CPVC plumbing, piping, conduit, and raceway systems.
  • Perform interior and exterior facilities and building maintenance.
  • Document work activities using CMMS (computerized maintenance management system).
