Responsibilities

• Influence Partners, customers, contractors, colleagues, and GE leaders to work as a role model for EHS.
• Deliver EHS excellence with a goal of Fatality free operations.
• Forecast and anticipate problems, drive an accident prevention culture.
• Establish a safety-focused culture and inspire employees to adhere to safety standards.
• Support EHS professionals aligned with Projects for achievable outcomes.
• Work with various leaders to coordinate planning and implementation of all EHS activities.
• Coach and mentor EHS professionals to inspire and build a talent pipeline.
