About Tesla

Tesla is seeking an ambitious Environmental, Health and Safety Specialist to collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, recycling, and facilities leaders and advise on a wide range of EHS disciplines. They will use human and organizational principles to drive ownership of safety, health and environmental impacts, with a focus on engagement, learning from events, and systems-level problem solving. The EHS Specialist will develop, implement, and continuously improve programs within the EHS Management System framework in partnership with the broader Global EHS, Engineering, and Manufacturing ecosystems. They will also ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations, and conformance to internal, industry and consensus standards, as appropriate.
