About the Role

The Director of Project Execution is a pivotal leader responsible for driving high-priority projects from order to remittance across global regions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic project execution efforts across regions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with customer and business objectives.
  • Execute high-visibility projects originating from the ELT and FDLT, ensuring measurable results and adherence to timelines.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Senior Director, providing timely updates, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations.
  • Support decision-making through concise, data-driven insights that highlight opportunities and mitigate challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across Product, Engineering, and Services teams to ensure cohesive project delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring smooth execution and shared understanding of project goals.
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance global project workflows, reducing inefficiencies and improving service quality.
  • Collaborate with Integration Teams and regional leads to ensure successful technical deployments.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across regional teams, strengthening the organization’s execution capabilities.
  • Leverage data to monitor project performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
