About Tesla

Tesla is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Automation Engineer to identify, plan, and execute automation strategies across the Americas supply chain, focusing on our distribution centers (DC) network. This role requires hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation solutions, including goods-to-person systems, cobots, and warehouse execution systems integrations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Operations, Process Engineers, Program Managers, and Training teams to drive the successful rollout of automation projects. This individual will have prior experience with companies such as Dematic, Locus Robotics, AutoStore, and GreyOrange, as well as expertise in managing RFP (Request for Proposal) processes and executing end-to-end project plans.
