About the Role

As the Corporate Fixed Asset Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the management and accounting of fixed assets across the organization's global operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fixed asset policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Oversee the acquisition, capitalization, and disposal of fixed assets.
  • Lead the accounting for fixed assets, including depreciation calculations and financial reports.
  • Conduct periodic physical inventories and audits of fixed assets.
  • Partner with finance, operations, and capital project teams to develop and analyze capital expenditure budgets.
  • Stay abreast of evolving accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously assess and streamline fixed asset processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain robust fixed asset reporting metrics and analytics.
  • Collaborate with procurement, IT, facilities, and other departments.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous controls and governance frameworks.
  • Lead or support the implementation and optimization of fixed asset management systems.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to finance and operational teams.
