About Tesla

As Project Controls Manager you will lead project controls teams on Mega Projects in the manufacturing and complex process industry in Reno, Nevada, where Tesla will be acting as the General Contractor or Self Performer. As the Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible to deliver planning/scheduling, cost management, estimating, risk management, executive reporting, and change management functions. You will oversee deliverables impacting high performing teams working cross functionally with engineering, procurement, construction project execution, manufacturing, finance, and facilities teams while ensuring your teams are delivering best value to Tesla.  This role requires candidates who are very dynamic, open minded, critical thinkers, who can develop and implement a Project Controls program tailored towards Tesla’s execution practices in an extremely fast paced design build project execution environment.
