About the Role
The Community Impact Coordinator will play a pivotal role in PosiGen’s efforts to strengthen community connections, support local campaigns, and drive lead generation through strategic events and partnerships.
Responsibilities
Serve as the central event coordinator, collaborating with Sales and Community Impact Managers to plan and execute community events across markets.
Organize and lead the Event Committee structure to ensure alignment and success.
Manage budgets for events and materials, ensuring cost efficiency and tracking all related expenditures.
Coordinate event material needs, including inventory management, in partnership with the marketing team.
Track, analyze, and report on event-related results and other key metrics to measure impact and improve future efforts.
Support the onboarding and organization of affinity partners by creating and coordinating supporting materials.
Facilitate direct outreach to partners, advocates, and customers to mobilize them for public policy advocacy campaigns in collaboration with the Public Policy team.
Assist in developing and managing communications, including email and mail outreach to PosiGen’s 30,000+ customers, to drive engagement and foster strong relationships.
Act as the central coordinator for creative asset requests, such as flyers, blog posts, signage, and invitations, to support events and campaigns.
Partner with the Community Impact team to expand the visibility and impact of events through effective marketing collateral.
Identify and implement improvements to streamline event coordination and creative asset production.
Develop and document standard operating procedures for consistent and efficient event and material management.
