About the Role

As a member of the Gas Turbine Engineering organization of GE Gas Power, specifically a member of the Combustion Design module, you will be an active contributor to the advanced modeling, CFD simulation and methods development activities.

Responsibilities

  • Use simulation to conduct combustion CFD analysis to predict combustor performance parameters.
  • Solve combustor design and analysis problems using pre-processing and CFD tools.
  • Assist in design decisions and root cause analysis by leveraging predictive analysis simulations.
  • Execute the analysis or evaluation projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to engineering practices, procedures, and product / program requirements.
  • Document work clearly and effectively present your work in formal and informal reviews.
  • Develop best practices and templates to be communicated with the global GE Vernova Combustion community.
  • Support and comply with GE Vernova's ordered high-level priorities: Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
