About the Role

The Business Development Manager - Fluence Digital will be an integral member of Fluence Digital’s Commercial team, actively influencing Fluence Digital’s business development efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Support the growth of the Fluence Digital's Bidding Optimisation (Mosaic) and Asset Performance Management (Nispera) solutions in Australia
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process by preparing customer-ready presentations, pitching Fluence Digital’s software to potential customers, managing customer qualification, deal scoping, structuring, negotiation, and deal closing
  • Utilize Fluence Digital’s sales engineering tools and processes to model and quantify the value Fluence Digital can add for individual customers via the Fluence Digital technology
  • Maintain regular meeting cadence with the Fluence Digital's Europe-based APM team
  • Support relationships with key customers, electricity market operators, regulatory bodies, utilities and external consultants
  • Maintain accurate records in Fluence Digital’s customer relationship management system, and support the continuous development of Business Development processes and tools
  • Track maturation of Fluence Digital’s competitive environment to inform Fluence Digital positioning, product offering, and go-to-market strategy
