About the Role
The Strategic Procurement Associate is responsible for facilitating vendor qualification, selection, contract negotiation support, and ongoing contract administration for owner-furnished equipment at the utility scale.
Responsibilities
Support the Strategic Procurement Team in achieving the team’s mission and objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key players in the solar and energy storage industry.
Document current and future pricing guidance of solar and energy storage technologies.
Manage the development of RFP documentation and bidding strategies.
Support the evaluation of bid responses and make shortlist and award recommendations.
Effectively support the negotiation of agreements with suppliers.
Ensure that Clearway risks are mitigated through alignment across major project agreements.
Coordinate and manage issuance and administration of purchase orders.
Assist in the identification, development, and implementation of new contract policies and processes.
