Tesla is seeking an Associate Engineering Manager to join the Drive Unit, Production Engineering team at Gigafactory Texas in Austin, TX. We are seeking a servant, highly motivated, tenacious, and team-oriented leader to be responsible for the performance and development of a team of equipment & process engineers while driving improvements in overall equipment efficiency, product yield, cost, and cycle time. The Associate Engineering Manager will lead by example and manage, support, and develop the performance of the team to ensure continuous production and enable world-class manufacturing of Tesla’s cutting-edge Drive Units.
