The Construction Safety Specialist will work to influence, inspire, and empower various groups, including construction staff, service leaders, stakeholders, and partner contractors. Their goal is to implement and continuously improve Tesla's EHS&S strategy, ensuring a safe, healthy, and high-performing workplace. They will provide onsite support to our construction teams and onboarded partner contractors to ensure Tesla’s EHS&S standard are met or exceeded.
