About the Role

The Area Services Manager (ASM) is a client facing leadership role that requires a seasoned professional with an understanding of the lifecycle of EPC project development, delivery, and extensive experience in operations and maintenance contracts execution in the energy storage sector.

Responsibilities

Manage, motivate and protect a team of Field Service Engineers
Manage active Long-term Service Agreement deliverables
Escalation point for Field Service Engineers
Manage and report safety related issues
Utilize Services platforms and systems
Drive results and resolution on issues within the LTSA scope
Accountable for Field Service Engineers’ deliverables
Collaborate with Services Planners / Analysts
Liaise with Global and Regional Services team members
Adhere to health, safety and quality management standards
Contribute to department and corporate KPIs

Requirements
