Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the controllership function.
• Ensure compliance with all US and statutory GAAP regulations.
• Lead the functional experts to complete statutory & GAAP filings & audits.
• Drive the month end technical compliance accounting requirements.
• Be responsible for leading and ensuring best in class performance of key SOX controls.
• Review the project cost tracking files on a monthly basis.
• Drive internal audit activity on income statements.
• Lead the review of internal controls and update policies for the region.
• Proactively approach implementation of global initiatives.
• Host regular training sessions on various topics.
• Lead the monthly Balance Sheet cycle review for HQ.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory APAC & USA accounting developments.
