About the Role

The Aero Services Repairs Engineering Leader role encompasses both strategic leadership and hands-on tactical execution, with a broad spectrum of responsibilities focused on repair development and sustaining activities for aeroderivative gas turbines.

Responsibilities

Oversee and drive the scope, scheduling, coordination, and execution of all aeroderivative gas turbine repair engineering activities.
Lead and develop the aeroderivative component repair engineering team.
Collaborate with GE Vernova’s Advanced Manufacturing & Repair Technologies teams.
Identify and assess potential risks, developing strategies to mitigate them effectively.
Serve as a mentor and technical resource for junior team members.
Ensure accurate documentation of technical data generated for assigned projects.
