About the Role

Redwood Materials is seeking a Business Development Account Manager to join our dynamic team and drive growth in new and existing markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with BD Managers and clients to develop strategies that align with their goals.
  • Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders on partnership progress, performance, and key metrics.
  • Ability to travel 25% when necessary for meetings, tours etc.
