About the Role

The Account Manager is responsible for developing long-term customer relationships and connecting GE Vernova with customers to support profitable growth of Power Transmission business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement accounts strategy and actions to build relationships with key business executives.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategy for selling Power Transmission products and services.
  • Be primary contact point of accounts and liaise with internal functions.
  • Collect and analyze accounts’ data to understand customer behaviors.
  • Identify and prospect opportunities for new sales.
  • Own the accurate forecasting of orders and sales.
  • Support customer complaint solving process.
  • Build market intelligence of market dynamics and trends.
